Instructions

PLEASE READ BEFORE TAKING THE EXAM:

Purpose: This final examination is an assessment of your nursing knowledge and application of the concepts explored in each of the modules of the course since midterm. 

Final Exam Instructions:

1.  When you open the exam, plan to complete the exam in 6 hours or less.

2.  Have paper and a calculator available for notes and calculations.

3. After you complete the exam, plan to briefly review the exam.

You have one attempt on this exam with six hours available to complete the exam.

A 75% or greater score is required to pass this exam.You will be also offered the HESI exam taken during Level I assessments.  You have the option of taking the higher score of this exam versus the score of the HESI examination.  Only one score will be entered for a final exam score in this course.  If you have questions, please get in contact with your professor.

Each Final examination will have 100 questions drawn from three banks which are blue printed from the concepts as noted below:

After Exam Review:

There will be one opportunity to review the exam immediately after completion.  If you close the exam, you will not be able to review the exam.  Please plan accordingly. If you are unable to complete this exam or have documented accommodations for testing, please contact your faculty.  If during this review, you have a question about a test item, please contact your faculty for more information.
